Doppio Malto, a renowned chain of breweries and restaurants, faced the ambitious goal of migrating 34 outlets, including both franchises and direct stores, within a tight three-month period. Starting in September, the project aimed for a complete implementation of a new ecosystem by the end of December, to welcome the new year with a fully revamped system. The requirements included a shared menu system integrated with inventory management, tailored user management support, and 7-day-a-week service disruption support with a dedicated expert for each emergency.

Farini Venezia, located in the prestigious La Rinascente shopping centre in Milan, faced the challenge of integrating the Lightspeed KSeries system with an SQL database. The goal was to implement a multi-modal configuration with varying pricing levels for outdoor seating and direct sales while maintaining dynamic production centres. In Venice, the challenge extended to configuring additional outlets, visualizing Epson printers, and overcoming unique logistical hurdles like transportation via gondola and connectivity issues, solved through custom cabling and network solutions with the support of our Brand Ambassador, Nicola Radice.

The project required the creation of production centers and custom configurations to facilitate the management of orders and mobile payments.
